30 Days to Healthy Living

If you're reading this, you're already taking the first step to embarking on your journey to healthy living. (Or maybe you're just wondering what crazy advice I'm going to give you today - I won't judge.) Whoever you are and whatever brings you here, we can all recognize that our health can be improved in one way or another. Right? So, what is "30 Days to Healthy Living?"

It's pressing the "reset" button on your body.

This 30-day program is designed with Arbonne's pure, botanically based and scientifically tested products to detoxify and transform you from the inside out by eating clean, whole foods. *DISCLAIMER: It's not a diet. It's not starving yourself. And it's not counting calories. It is simply giving you the necessary tools and support you need to see incredible results. (I'm talking mind, body, AND skin - yes, what you put in your body matters that much!)

Improvements in digestion

Everything originates in your gut. I'll say that again: EVERYTHING originates in your gut. These changes can cause appetite changes and weight fluctuations - in short, this is why you may have heard that "stress makes you fat." These 30 days are focused on your health and wellbeing, where you are surrounded by a support group to promote stress relief through lifestyle changes.

Healthier skin

I'm not just talking about the way it feels - the change is NOTICEABLE. 2 proteins called collagen and elastin are essential for tissue function; they create fibrous networks that provide softness and elasticity to skin. The production of these 2 proteins slows down by 65% between ages 20 and 80. Every year from age 20 on, collagen production slows by an additional 1%, and skin thickness decreases by 6% every 10 years. Yikes. Don't even get me started on sun damage.
