How My FIT Coaching Philosophy Helps My Clients Live Their Best Lives

You may have read it on my website, or you may have seen my recent Instagram post: my FIT Coaching Philosophy outlines the methods I use to guide my clients to their ideal state of health and wellness. This philosophy is what makes up my brand name, Be FIT By Brit, and has been an integral part of the success I see in my clients. So what is it, exactly?



The FIT Philosophy


Foundations

In order to move in the direction of progress, you must first create a sturdy foundation. What are your health and wellness goals, and how do they align with your personal values and visions for success? As part of the health coaching process, we'll work as a team to build your own unique foundation by mapping out a DOABLE plan that fits into your life and leads to your goals.


Intuitions

Your mind and your body are incredibly powerful allies. In order to keep them connected, you must first create a positive mindset. Did you know that our beliefs about a situation carry more weight on our behaviors than the situation itself? Together we'll practice mindful-based coaching strategies so that you can accept yourself no matter where you're at in your health and wellness journey. Your attitudes will reflect in your actions and affect the lifestyle choices you make.


Trials

Have you ever heard of anyone getting anywhere without a little trial and error? Here is your time to make peace with your failures. My one-on-one health coaching sessions offer a judgment-free zone for you to openly discuss any barriers you've had on your road to success. We'll identify and evaluate individualized strategies to overcome these barriers - because what works for someone else might not work for you. The beauty of this process is that we get up after we fall, and we try again!


I take a client-centered, whole-person approach to my practice so that you can gain optimal results that will last a lifetime. I believe that you are capable of any change you want to make in your life; what you must acknowledge is that most of the time, this change won't occur in your comfort zone.
