  • FREE one-on-one initial consultation. This is a 30-minute chat with me over phone or video to discuss your general health history, current lifestyle, preferences, and specific health goals.
  • Descriptive analysis of your body composition measurements.
  • Macronutrient breakdown and serving sizes based on your current health status and goals.
  • A daily food menu catered to your needs.
  • Nutrition recommendations and guidelines.
  • A detailed grocery list divided by nutrient type including carbohydrate, fat, and protein bases, on-the-go-recommendations, supplements and spices.

  • Easy healthy recipes for meal prepping.
  • A 6-week fitness protocol catered to your current fitness level and goals.
  • Training type, intensity, and duration (including weights, repetitions, and sets) for endurance, resistance, and flexibility. The extent to which each type of training progresses throughout the duration of the program is dependent on your personal goals.
