Morning Coffee

VANILLA COFFEE PROTEIN SHAKE

  • ½ cup almond milk

  • ½ cup cold brew coffee

  • 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1-2 tbsp. MCT oil

POWER GREENS PROTEIN SHAKE

  • 2 handfuls spinach, kale, or other power greens

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut water

  • 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tsp. chia seeds

  • 1 serving raw fiber

  • 1/4 cup fruit (handful of berries, ½ banana, handful of pineapple or mango, or 2-3 slices orange or apple)

  • Squeeze of lemon and lime juice

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Health Shake
Ginger, Lemon & Honey Tea

DAILY DETOX DRINK

  • 1 cup warm water

  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

  • ½ squeezed lemon

  • 1 tsp. honey

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

BANANA NUT PROTEIN SHAKE

  • 1 ½ cup water or unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ frozen banana

  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (optional)

  • 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tsp. honey

  • 1 tsp. chia seeds

  • 1 tsp. flax seeds

  • 1 tbsp. all-natural nut butter OR 10 almonds

VANILLA MATCHA AVOCADO SHAKE

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract

  • ½ avocado, pitted and peeled

  • 2 tsp. matcha powder

  • 1 handful spinach

CHIA CHAGA CACAO SHAKE

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 1-2 tbsp. almond butter

  • 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tsp. chaga

  • 1 tsp. chia seeds

  • 1 tsp. cacao nibs

COCOA AVOCADO SHAKE

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder

  • 1 tbsp. almond butter

  • 1 tsp. flax seeds

COCONUT OATAMEAL SHAKE

  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats

  • 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1-2 tbsp. melted coconut oil

  • 1 tsp. honey

  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
