I am a recent graduate from CSU who was looking for someone who could guide me down a more healthy path. I am overweight, relatively unmotivated and lazy. But I wanted to make a change. One of my friends told me about Be FIT By Brit. At first I was very skeptical and assumed that this was only meant for older adults or females. Oh boy was I wrong. The first thing I purchased from Brit's website was an hour long health coaching session. This was amazing because I feel like it created the foundation I needed to start living a healthy lifestyle. Brit gave me advice and tips for being less lazy and more motivated. I could immediately tell that she cared and was going to push me towards my goals. After our first health coaching session I have enrolled in numerous personal training sessions as well as more health coaching sessions. I have been on this regimen for the past several weeks and have already lost 7lbs due to her health coaching tips, and her personal training sessions! I have also been more motivated, less lazy, and the happiest I have been in a long while. I plan on expanding on her services and giving HIIT training or pilates a try this week.

My top goals when I started the program were to establish a healthy eating lifestyle/routine, to slim my waistline, and to create an exercise routine that I enjoy. The FIT accountability plan helped me stay on track with my goals. By keeping track of my progress, barriers, and/or challenges, I was able to get organized and find ways to accomplish my goals. Brittany made sure to schedule our calls ahead of time to assure we chat again/follow up. She also helped me set realistic timeframes for measuring results. One of the biggest discernable changes I have noticed since beginning the program has been my daily consumption of fruits and vegetables – Brittany shared her nutrition diagram with me, which taught me to always have more fruits and vegetables on my plate. The most significant overall change I have noticed has been feeling good about myself, feeling confident and more self-secure in my own skin. Looser clothing has been a big plus as well! I would describe Brittany as very knowledgeable, confident, energetic, and passionate, with a great personality, easy to talk to, makes you feel at ease, and really knows how to engage her clients. She’s a motivator and an inspiring woman; it has been a pleasure working with her. She is by nature; very warm and encouraging which is exactly what you need when you’re attempting a lifestyle change. She was always there, whether by text, email, or phone call, for a question or allowing me to get frustrated or sad at times, and never judged. Brittany understands that it’s hard, and that people aren’t perfect. She truly and genuinely cares about the people she works with. She’s amazing and you absolutely will not regret any of it.

If you are looking for a fitness and nutrition coach, look no further! Brittany is absolutely fantastic. She created a customized plan for me that fit with my life style and was actually doable. NOT A QUICK FIX!

Let me first off say how incredibly passionate Brittany is about her work and how much she cares for her clients. I have done the 1 on 1 health coaching and it was the best decision I've ever made. The way I look at food is completely different. She doesn't focus on quick fixes, she focuses on physical health as well as mental. By following her advice and plans, the weight came off without constantly feeling bad about my myself. Thanks to her I finally have a healthy relationship with my body, food and exercise.
